Frequently asked questions
I didn't receive my verification code.
Codes are valid for 10 minutes. Check your email's spam folder, then use the "Resend" option on the verification screen. If it still doesn't arrive, contact support with your registered phone number.
How long does identity verification take?
Verification submissions are reviewed by our team, typically within 24 hours on business days. You'll receive a notification and an email when your verification is approved or if we need you to resubmit.
Why was my verification rejected?
The rejection notice includes the reason — most commonly an unreadable document photo or a missing handwritten code in the selfie. You can resubmit directly from the verification screen.
How do I pay an invoice?
Open Billing, choose the invoice, and tap Make Payment. You can pay by bank transfer (upload your receipt for verification) or instantly with Touch 'n Go eWallet.
My bank transfer hasn't been marked as paid.
Bank transfers are verified by your agent after checking the receipt. If it has been more than two business days, contact your agent in the first instance, or email support with the invoice number.
How do document e-signatures work?
First save your signature and set a 6-digit signing PIN in Profile → Signature Settings. When an agent requests your signature, the document appears in Pending To-Do — review it, tap your highlighted signature fields, and confirm with your PIN.
How do I become an agent on CoSpace?
Agent accounts are created by invitation. Contact us at support@cospace.cfd with your professional license details and we'll get you onboarded.
How do I delete my account?
Email support from your registered contact details and we will process the deletion. Some billing records may be retained where required by law — see our Privacy Policy.
